EMBR Imprint — terms of use
What this is. A conversion tool. You upload an image; we return 3D print files derived from it. Previews are free; downloads are a one-time purchase per file set unless the site says otherwise.
Your artwork. You confirm you own the artwork or have the right to reproduce it. Trademarks and copyrighted characters belong to their owners; don't upload what you don't have rights to. You keep all rights to your artwork and to the files made from it. We claim nothing.
Files and privacy. Uploads and generated files are stored only to serve your preview and download, and are deleted automatically within about 24 hours. We don't sell, share or train on your images. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Results. Tracing is automatic and some artwork (fine lines, gradients, photos) won't convert cleanly at small sizes. Check the preview before you buy. If a paid file set is unusable, email david@embrops.com within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund it.
Printing. Print settings, filament choices and the safety of what you print are yours. Files are provided as-is for personal and commercial printing of your own artwork.
